1.Enter your Destination address in "Where to"? box.

2.Your default pickup point is set to your current GPS location.If you are not being picked up at your current location,tap that location in the box and upate the address.

3.Once the address are filled,click Request a Ride button at the bottom of your screen.

4.Use the slider at the bottom of your screen to toggle between the vehicle models.(for example Tego-STD,Tego-Ex,Tego Lux etc).

5.Select the booking type i.e- Book Now or Prebook.If you are booking for now then select Book now.Prebook is for schedule booking.

6.Select the payment method you want to use.if you using card method then select the card you want to use for that trip.

7. Select whom you are requesting a ride.If you requesting a ride for somone else then select others checkbox and enter the details of them.

8.Wait for the driver to accept your request.

9.When your request has been accepted,you will see your driver's location on your map.By clicking on Driver Info button you can see driver's information along with estimate time of arrival at your pickup location.

10.Your app will notify you when your driver is arrived at your pickup location.

 

If your app displays a white "Where To?" box:

Tap the destination box to enter your destination. After you set your destination, your ride menu at the bottom of the app screen slides up to display vehicle options available.

Swipe left and right to view different vehicle option categories.

7.Select the Date and Time for ride.

8.Select the payment method you want to use.if you using card method then select the card you want to use for that trip.

9. Then click on Save button

When the driver is completing a trip,you are asked:
DO YOU WANT TO TIP TIP YOUR DRIVER?
1)YES 2)NO
By clicking on Yes ,you can select or enter the amount and submit.

 

You can select the model which you want to ride for.The Estimated fare will be differ from model to model.

Viewing your scheduled request

You can view your scheduled ride's request by following the steps outlined below.
Follow the points below to view your trip details:
 On your screen click left topmost corner's three bar menu and from the drop down menu
1). Go to "Your Trips"
2). You will have three tabs 
3}. Click on the "Upcoming" Tab,you will see your trip details.
 

Scheduled Trips:

Once the trip is accepted by the driver,you can see the driver details there.
You will get the notifications of trips before one hour of the trip.

You will get a notification if your scheduled request is accepted by the driver .
