Stage One: This is when the driver logged into our Tego App but has not accepted any ride requests.

All you need to do if you were involved in an accident, simply fill out the accident claim form through Tego Systems Insurance Carrier. Making sure you email us clear photo of the damage, including the Police if available and mail this to support@tegosystems.net.
